We offer the service to coffee exporters and traders who do not have the required knowledge/skill and experience to handle and monitor coffee quality to the standards of Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) and Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
Our target market are coffee co-operatives, farmer groups and organizations that target to improve quality and efficiency in production of coffee.
We target local processors and exporters who purchase coffee in parchment and green bean form. This involves moisture content, out-turn, retention, defect count/categorization and cupping/sensory analysis.
We offer this to different stakeholders in coffee and agriculture in categories of researchers and new investors in the coffee industry.
